党的二十大报告指出，深入开展法治宣传教育，增强全民法治观念。2025年是实施“八五”普法规划收官之年，天津市津南区人民法院探索“靶向”普法宣传工作法，有针对性地在重要时间节点、重大主题宣传上做文章。同时，在普法形式和作品上推陈出新，让法治更好地融入生活、点亮人心。
