山西省运城市芮城县的中条山深处，输电线路纵横交错，杆塔一座连着一座，220千伏桃朱Ⅰ线26号观冰哨就坐落其间。这里海拔接近1000米，冬季平均温度低于零下10摄氏度。近日，当地迎来降雪天气，“95后”小伙、国网运城供电公司输电运检中心的线路运维工杨啸和搭档李均平又要在这里驻扎值守，像“哨兵”一样守护线路安全。

每年冬季逢恶劣天气，杨啸和搭档都要在观冰哨上工作、生活一段时间，观冰哨10余平方米的集装箱就成了他们临时的“家”。

线路覆冰后容易发生断线、短路等故障，为了及时掌握线路状态，杨啸和搭档每两小时就要进行一次巡线观测，完成线路覆冰数据及现场温湿度、风速等环境数据监测和上报工作，夜间也不能间断。虽然线路上设置有一些智能观冰装置，但为确保准确性仍需人工测量。
