国家发改委日前印发《乡村振兴(和美乡村建设及农村产业融合发展方向)中央预算内投资专项管理办法的通知》。本专项中央预算内投资采取定额补助方式。和美乡村建设项目，每个项目县安排的中央预算内投资规模不超过8000万元，其中，常住人口在1000人以上的行政村安排中央预算内投资不超过300万元，常住人口在2000人以上的行政村安排中央预算内投资不超过500万元。农村产业融合发展项目，每个项目县安排的中央预算内投资规模不超过4000万元，中央预算内投资不超过总投资的50%。
