“晓战随金鼓，宵眠抱玉鞍。”
准备多时，终于迎来了我的春运首战，作为“青年突击队”的一员，对讲机一响，就是一次出警的开始。在我接处警的岗位上，接到了很多求助类警情，每当见到那些心急如焚的旅客，我心中都会燃起一股力量：“一定要帮他们找到！”
“不畏苦寒， 自得其芳。”
首战当天，指挥室内大家都各司其职，凝心聚力，即使警情多，任务重，大家都能做到紧密协作，有条不紊，作为其中一员的我深受鼓舞，虽然感受到春运的压力，但依然充满了信心和期待。

“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行。”
作为一名刚工作半年的新警，春运开始的第一天，我便感受到了沉甸甸的责任与使命。旅客数量大，购票需求大，发生矛盾纠纷的风险也会增多。
“群众的事无小事”
“警察同志，我的行李丢了！”“警察姐姐，我找不到我家里人在哪里了！”“我下了车手机找不到了，肯定是被偷了！”在我入警以来首个春运的第一天里，各种警情是接了个不停，报警群众对我的信任与期待，既是我心中的动力，也是扛在肩上的压力，处理大量的警情不仅需要清晰冷静的头脑，还需要善于倾听和沟通。
