在上海市监狱管理局庆祝第5届中国人民警察主题活动的“十大身边典型”表彰中，有一位令人敬佩的身影，她就是上海市监狱总医院原纪委书记、政治处主任杨国胜同志。
杨国胜虽已年逾古稀，但依然神采奕奕，退休十几年来，她始终是许多在岗同志心目中的“身边楷模”。她用40余年的兢兢业业，为监管医疗事业奉献了青春热血；退休后，她初心不改，继续在社会公共事业中发光发热，用实际行动诠释着为人民服务的使命。
退休后的“二次创业”

退休后的杨国胜并未停下奉献的脚步，而是开启了人生的“二次创业”。为了更好地服务社会，她自费学习心理学课程，并凭借所学知识，受聘于华东师范大学开设的社会心理咨询工作室，义务为社会大众提供心理咨询。她还利用休息时间深入各个社区开展心理健康讲座，传播心理健康知识。
2011年，杨国胜在闸北区北站街道司法所内设立了“杨国胜心理咨询工作室”，每周二义务为居民开展心理疏导和咨询工作。十多年来，她全身心投入心理咨询事业，无论是线下一对一的深入交流，还是通过电话为求助者答疑解惑，她始终保持着高度的专注与热情。至今，她已累计接待咨询者千四余人次。

杨国胜的奉献精神不仅体现在日常工作中，更在关键时刻彰显出温暖与力量。
某年元旦深夜，杨国胜被一阵急促的电话铃声惊醒，来电的是长期接受她心理咨询的小李（化名）。电话那头，小李泣不成声，杨国胜敏锐地察觉到她可能处于自杀的危险边缘。
“你好吗？你在哪儿呀？我怎么听到这么大的风声呢？”杨国胜关切地问道。
小李哽咽着说：“杨老师，您之前说过，要是我想走之前，一定要给您打个电话，我现在就是来告诉您……”
杨国胜听到电话里传来小李与旁人的对话声，意识到情况紧急，她立刻说道：“你把手机给司机师傅，我有话说。”随后，她语重心长地对司机说道：“师傅，这位姑娘是我的病人，她现在有自杀的念头。麻烦您帮我个忙，把车停在原地等她，她今晚一定会跟您回去的。恳请您一定要帮帮她！”
一周后，小李再次打来电话，声音中充满了感激：“杨老师，是你救了我！那天夜里出租车司机等了我好久，是他带我回来的，谢谢你，杨老师！”
为人民服务永不“退休”

杨国胜的无私奉献从未因退休而停歇。多年来，她先后荣获“上海世博会优秀志愿者”奖章、2000-2012年度“关爱行动”优秀志愿者等荣誉。在社区群众心中，她更是被亲切地誉为“知心杨大姐”，深受大家的欢迎与好评。
