在第五个“中国人民警察节”暨上海市新收犯监狱成立 28 周年来临之际，上海市新收犯监狱精心组织开展了“警属进警营，暖警聚警心”文化活动，邀请近 80 名警察家属代表走进警营，零距离了解监狱工作，实地体验警营文化生活，为持续推进暖警惠警、从优待警措施落地落实，增进警察家属对监狱工作的理解与支持，进一步提升监狱警察队伍凝聚力、向心力和战斗力注入了强劲动力。

警属进警营安排的第一个活动项目就是与民警家属合影留念。当庄重的警礼服遇上警属们温暖的笑容，画面被瞬间定格。民警们身着笔挺的警礼服，与家人并肩而立，幸福满溢。这些照片当天就被精心打印装框，作为一份特殊的纪念，统一发放至民警和家属手中，成为他们珍贵的回忆。

活动伊始，警属们观看了 2024 年度监狱文化建设宣传片，初步了解了监狱近年来的工作发展。监狱领导致欢迎辞，向警属们对监狱工作长期以来的支持致以崇高的敬意和衷心的感谢，并详细通报了监狱的工作情况，让警属们对民警的工作有了更深入的认识，拉近了警属与监狱之间的距离。

一次“沉浸式”的参观

警属们在监狱工作人员的讲解陪同下，实地参观了评估矫治中心、民警办公室、罪犯监舍、新收体检中心和教学楼等地，看到整洁的工作环境和齐备的工作设施后，警属们对监狱的规范管理有了直观的感受。
在行政区，警属们实地参观了监狱历史陈列室、职工之家、警娃学堂等场所，让警属们了解了监狱的发展历程和对民警的关怀举措，感受到监狱的深厚底蕴和人文关怀，全方位领略了警营的风采。

一场“互动式”的座谈

参观结束后，监狱分部门组织民警家属开展了座谈交流，号召全体警属同监狱一道管理约束好民警“八小时以外”生活，共同构筑反腐倡廉防线。警属们纷纷分享自己走进警营的深刻感受，表示会继续支持监狱工作，当好“廉内助”，成为亲人的坚强后盾，共同筑牢廉洁自律家庭防线，为监狱的健康发展保驾护航。

一台“高质量”的汇演

警属们还前往青浦区文化馆观看监狱组织的警营文化展示活动。丰富多彩的文艺节目展现了监狱民警们多才多艺的一面，也让警属们看到了警营文化的独特魅力和民警们积极向上、昂扬进取的精神风貌，现场萦绕着一阵阵热烈掌声和欢声笑语，将活动氛围推向了高潮。
