海淀区气象台7月1日17时发布消息：2日白天，阴转大雨，部分地区暴雨，伴有雷电，北转南风2、3级，最高气温32℃；2日夜间，中到大雨，部分地区暴雨，伴有雷电，南转北风1、2级，最低气温24℃。
市防汛办提示：7月2日9时启动全市防汛四级应急响应，请各有关单位按照预案落实降雨防范应对措施，密切关注局地短时强降雨过程，做好防汛相关工作。
