为深入学习贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神，全面落实全国公安工作会议、全国公安厅局长座谈会精神，着力提升领导干部与业务骨干政治能力、实战能力和履职本领，天津海关缉私局于2024年12月在西南政法大学组织处科级领导干部及业务骨干缉私技能提升培训班。

天津海关缉私局党组书记、局长孙旭东出席培训开班式，要求全体参训民警：一是认清形势、提高认识，不断增强学习的自觉性；二是把握机会、学以致用，切实提高自身素质，在学习中明确目的、联系实际、善于思考；三是振奋精神、严肃纪律，确保培训取得良好效果。
理论学习铸忠诚
培训坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深入学习贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神，开展《习近平法治思想解读》《聚焦党的二十届三中全会，全面推进中国式现代化》等政治理论讲座，突出政治忠诚教育、理想信念教育，锻造政治坚定、纪律严明、业务过硬的缉私铁军。

业务培训强本领
充分利用西南政法大学院校师资，以紧贴实战、开拓创新为导向，合理规划培训课程，精选名师教授，重点围绕智慧缉私、讯问技巧、证据收集等内容，从政策理论、实践方法、难点堵点等方面，全面强化参训民警业务素质。

党性教育锻作风
除专题讲座外，组织参训民警走出课堂，前往红岩革命纪念馆、八路军办事处旧址、白公馆、渣滓洞等红色教育基地开展党性教育实践活动，引导参训民警传承红色基因，赓续红色血脉，在新时代新征程上踔厉奋发，勇毅前行。

交流研讨亮成果
培训期间，利用晚上时间组织开展多次分组研讨。全体参训民警立足工作岗位、结合实践经验，将理论学习与缉私事业发展相结合，谈认识、谈体会、谈责任、谈计划。开展研讨成果集中展示汇报，评选优秀学员，形成“培训-研讨-总结-再培训”的良性闭环。
